The Association is comprised of large, mid-sized and small firms who adhere to the highest quality performance and safety standards. As part of their affiliation with New York Electrical, these firms maintain collective bargaining agreements with Local 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and are also part of the Joint Industry Board (JIB) of the Electrical Industry, which oversees the apprenticeship training program, continuing education for journeypersons and health and welfare benefits for Local 3 members.
