Montana Datacom proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. As we reach this milestone, I am honored to introduce many of you to the Montana of today.
While many know us as a datacom distributor, our company has evolved into a full-service electrical distributor supporting projects across the commercial, industrial, utility, and infrastructure markets. Today, we supply low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical products, including—but certainly not limited to—wire and cable, conduit, fittings, bus duct, fuses, switches, fiber optics, structured cabling, grounding, wire management, and countless other electrical products.
We continue to maintain our Long Island City, New York location and we have expanded with a centrally located 80,000-square-foot distribution center just 60 miles outside New York City. Our facility features 40-foot ceilings, climate-controlled storage, barcoded inventory management, and the capability to provide next-day delivery on many standard products.
Our fleet of eight delivery trucks, including two boom trucks, along with three parallel, striping, and wire-cutting lines, allows us to support projects efficiently and reliably. We also offer jobsite storage, custom palletization, project staging, inventory management, and coordinated deliveries, helping contractors streamline logistics and keep projects on schedule.
We are proud to remain a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), but that is only one part of who we are. For nearly three decades, our mission has been to deliver exceptional service, solve complex project challenges, and build lasting partnerships with the contractors and customers we serve.
