Site Inspections
Forest Electric has a lot of work throughout New York City. One way we ensure our workers are working safely is by using a site inspection report; this is used daily on every job site. The site inspection report ensures our workers are working safely and following our health and safety procedures and regulations. The report also ensures the general contractor is following safety rules and regulations. Common violations include not following our HASP or the GC violating safety rules and regulations. The site inspection covers various topics; there is a check box next to our report indicating whether something is safe or not. If something is found to not be safe, we reach out to the GC or inform our workers who are not working safely. I always follow up when safety violations occur because not are issues are corrected immediately. I always make sure changes are implemented.
