Safety Tips

Keep the work platform clear of debris and trip hazards at all times.
Use mechanical aids or team lifts due to extreme weight to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
Maintain open communication with coworkers about workload and concerns
Set realistic daily goals to avoid overwhelm and burnout.
Remove scrap wire, conduit pieces, and packaging from walkways immediately to prevent trips.
Never exceed the scaffold's load capacity with tools, materials, or people.
Roll reels instead of lifting them and keep your hands clear of pinch points.
Always lift with your legs—not your back. Keeping heavy loads close to your body helps reduce strain and prevents injury.
When bending pipe, secure the pipe and use correct body mechanics to avoid slips, sudden movements, or muscle strain.
Use proper gloves and controlled pulling techniques to avoid cuts and strain.
